To access Moraine Lake, you must take a Moraine Lake shuttle bus. However, visitors with a blue handicap hangtag are permitted access by Parks Canada to both Moraine Lake and Lake Louise.

Yes, you can. The road is accessible for bikes and e-bikes. However, Lake Louise Village has limited and restricted parking. You might be re-directed to the overflow parking.

Moraine Lake is surrounded by multiple trails of different difficulties and lengths. Scroll up, we have highlighted some of them from easier to most experienced.

During the summer months, the sunrise will vary from 5:30 to 6:00 for the months of June and July; August sunrise will occur between 6:30 and 7:00 am.
