No, Moraine Lake Road is closed to personal vehicles. To access Moraine Lake, you must take a Moraine Lake shuttle bus. However, visitors with a blue handicap hangtag are permitted access by Parks Canada to both Moraine Lake and Lake Louise.

Our buses have space for strollers, large backpacks, climbing equipment, inflatable paddle boards, and walkers. We cannot accommodate rigid canoes or kayaks. If you're bringing a watercraft to Moraine Lake or Lake Louise, please ensure you are compliant with all Banff National Park Water Activity Rules & Regulations.

Unfortunately, there are no refunds or reschedules if you miss the bus. Our buses depart on time, so please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled departure. If you miss the last departure, it is an 18km walk back to your vehicle. Don’t be late!

Pets are welcome on our Moraine Lake shuttle buses, but only if they are in a carrying case small enough to fit on your lap.
Certified service animals of any size are allowed on all of our shuttle buses.
Our policies align with those of Parks Canada and Roam Transit.

There is no cell service at Moraine Lake. Cell reception is available approximately three (3) kilometres down the road toward Lake Louise.

Our buses are not wheelchair accessible. However, vehicles with a blue hangtag are granted access to the parking lots at Moraine Lake and Lake Louise by Parks Canada.

Infants and children must pay the child rate. Parents/guardians are responsible for providing an appropriate child safety seat for their infant or child (as required).
